Without question, this has been the worst experience I have encountered with a property management company. For months, Eaves Property Management has failed to progress a Deed of Variation required for the sale of my property. Despite repeated chasing by myself, my solicitors and other parties involved in the transaction, meaningful progress and communication have been extremely poor. The consequences have been serious.

The delay has already caused my onward purchase to fall through, and my current sale is now at risk because confidence in the process is being undermined by the ongoing lack of action and updates. What has been particularly frustrating is the apparent inability to obtain clear answers, ownership of the issue, or realistic timescales. Emails often go unanswered for extended periods, and when responses are received they frequently provide little information on what is actually being done to move matters forward.

Property transactions are stressful enough without having to spend months chasing a management company for information and action. The level of service I have experienced has been unacceptable. I have now had to submit a formal complaint and consider further escalation.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone dealing with Eaves Property Management to be prepared for delays, poor communication and considerable frustration.

Ive found Eaves Property Management consistently difficult to deal with. Communication is slow, issues are rarely resolved on the first attempt, and theres very little followthrough even after repeated reminders. Basic maintenance problems seem to drag on for months, and when contractors do attend, the work often feels incomplete or below standard.

Theres also a general lack of clarity and accountability, you raise an issue, but nothing happens unless you chase multiple times.

This matches a lot of the feedback others have shared publicly, and unfortunately my experience has been very similar. Overall, it doesnt feel like the properties or residents are being managed with the level of care or professionalism you would expect.

Worst company you will ever encounter. Absolute joke. They literally sit around wasting peoples money. Dont do what the contract says and then ignore people.

Awful company, never respond when we need. Forget to send invoices and then charge a late fee. Building is still a state, service charges increasing but we never see where they are going. Beverly wiped her hands of us years ago, staff turn around unbelievable.
