I instructed Prospect to market my apartment. I used Prospect to sell my house in Priestwood in June 2025. Paul handled the sale with Ricky standing in when Paul was on leave. It was a good experience overall. The house sold quickly and I felt that my interests were represented well. Although I was only in a short chain there were inevitably some problems. Paul and Ricky were responsive to my calls and chased me when there was something I needed to do. They clearly know what they are doing.

He was able to answer almost all of our questions, and the couple he didn't know at the time, he came back knowing on the second viewing after doing some digging. He has a very warm and hospitable presence and is a great listener.
