As a tenant of a flat managed by Kings Lettings (Staines) on behalf of my landlady, I have a good customer experience for 6 years.
All emergencies that I faced were sorted out rapidly by the agency. They always found the words to convince my landlady to do the right thing, thus reasonably maintaining the apartment and therefore my happiness of living there.

It was nice to work with Kings Lettings. In one week they managed to arrange the tenancy for me and my partner. On Saturday we had the viewing and on Saturday next week we moved in. If you have a question, you can be assured of a prompt and detailed answer by one of the team (Jeanette, Sandra, Jade). The same applies if something breaks or needs replacing: don't worry, it'll be resolved more quickly than if you were to do it yourself.

I have been dealing with Kings in Staines since it had just opened around twenty years ago and have always found them really professional, helpful, and efficient. I'm still using them to let my properties now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, in fact I have done so to a number of people over the years. The current team lead by Jeanette are really friendly and go out of their way to provide an excellent service.

Just moved into a property managed by Kings Lettings. We received an excellent service, the whole process before check in was quick and easy thank to Sandra and Jade who kept us updated and answered our questions as soon as possible. I would also mention Jeanette who was very helpful while signing the tenancy agreement. Highly recommended!
