Since our launch in 2002, Regency Estate Management has grown substantially and continues to deliver expert property management services to Residents' Management Companies and Residents' Associations across London and South East England.

Now, with over 45 years of experience in the property industry and boasting a large portfolio of property developments, we offer a range of high-quality services from block management to leasehold enfranchisement to help our clients protect their investments. We provide a high-quality and totally comprehensive property management service committed to delivery and providing value for money.

Our staff are passionate about empowering and representing lessees, helping them to take control of their properties. As part of our bespoke service, we perform a number of different management tasks including but not limited to regular site inspections, instructing maintenance contractors, and manage the management company's finances and bank accounts.

With over 45 years of experience in the property industry, our Customer Services Advisers are available between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be contacted via phone, email or post to ensure that we can service all of our clients.
