Target Property Target Property has been successfully selling and renting properties since 1991. We voluntarily choose to affiliate ourselves with the Office of Fair Trading and the Property Ombudsman (TPO) for Sales and Lettings and adhere to their strict codes of conduct. We are also ARLA/NAEA/PROPERTYMARK licensed agents which means that you, as a consumer, are dealing with an agent that is accountable and understands the law.

Estate agency is not a licensed or regulated industry, but we have made the choice to be part of the main bodies that oversee the conduct of estate and letting agents in an attempt to show our customers our willingness and commitment to improving industry standards. We decided to instruct Target as they were a local agent with local knowledge and felt that they had more energy than the other agents that we had round.

He also owns and runs Thomas Childs Lettings in Hertford, as well as Angels Sales and Lettings in Enfield Town, and runs a successful property inventory company called ASAP Inventory. With his large team of ARLA and NAEA qualified property professionals, Justin's aim is to provide a quality sales and lettings service to all of the customers that come into contact with any one of the property brands.
