read more › Should a maintenance issue arise during your tenancy, we ask that it is reported by email. However, if you have an emergency, please call our office immediately (we will ask you to send confirmation by email once the emergency has been dealt with). Once an issue is reported, the Assured Lettings team inform the landlord and instruct one of our qualified sub-contractors to attend the property. In a lot of circumstances repairs will be carried out immediately. However, with some jobs, we may need to obtain a quotation before the work can proceed.
