Since 2004, founders Rupert Briggs and Richard Digance have brought their own personal perspective to estate agency services in the Epsom, Stoneleigh and Banstead region.

Founders, Rupert Briggs and Richard Digance, after having worked for local estate agents for some time decided that it was time to go it alone.
Our first office was above McDonalds in serviced offices.
There was no direct entrance - you had to buzz to get in and we would have to then run to the door to open it!
We launched with no properties.
And looked to drum up business with local press advertising and flyer posting - we walked the streets for months to get our name out there and find properties to sell.
