CKB Estate Agents was founded by cousins Cengiz Kemal and Kemal Bicer back in 2014. Before they founded CKB they already had a vast amount of experience with property and loved the industry, but were dissatisfied with the negative image of estate agents and the service agents were providing. Fed up with poor standards of client service, their solution was CKB Estate Agents, a modern estate agency based on traditional values of honesty, integrity and loyalty.

Cengiz is the co-founder of CKB Estate Agents and has a high interest in sports.
He plays football for a local Sunday league team, and has had 4 semi professional bouts as a boxer.
He developed a passion for property at a young age when growing up close to his family's property business and since then worked for some of the UK's largest Estate Agency chains.
Most importantly he considers himself a master chef in the kitchen.
