Services
Jeremy is the current owner of the family practice known as Tarn & Tarn.
He has been working in the property industry for over 30 years and his firm has been involved in some of the largest deals within Spitalfields and Shoreditch helping to mould the current eclectic mix that the area is known for.
He also has an unrivalled knowledge of Georgian Spitalfields having sold or been involved in most of the Georgian House sales in the area.
Arthur holds the position of senior manager at Tarn & Tarn, having joined the firm in 2004.
This much loved and increasingly popular location on the fringe of the City of London draws its unique character from a wealth of history and diversity having been the chosen location for generations of migrants to put down their roots.
The stunning Georgian architecture is the ideal backdrop to an area which within the last decade has established itself as a distinct commercial and cultural centre attracting eminent artist residents, independent and high street fashion retailers as well as a host of trendy bars and restaurants.
Shoreditch is an extremely popular area for a variety of businesses, sectors and industries.
The area is very much 'mixed-use' with a variety of highly sought after retail, media-style offices, cutting edge restaurants, trendy bars and loft apartments.
The new Shoreditch High Street Station opened in 2011 which has improved the area, increasing accessibility and connecting the area to the north and south suburbs of London.
The improved transport connection has served to provide a foot fall to the brand new Box Park retail centre and to the various retailers in the area.
Whitechapel is another area of East London in the throes of urban regeneration.
Like nearby Shoreditch and Spitalfields, the area has long been popular amongst the artistic community, with the Whitechapel Art Gallery attracting international recognition.
More recently developers have started to focus on this area, identifying it as an attractive location for office occupiers.
The area is in close proximity to the City of London and Bishopsgate and in the coming years will also be subject to major transport improvements in addition to Whitechapel Station's inclusion within the Crossrail scheme.
Having recently acquired several new aliases such as 'Tech City' and 'Silicon Roundabout' and been subject to millions of pounds of investment, Old Street has rapidly become highly sought after amongst countless IT and media companies.
Many of the previously obsolete warehouses and rundown offices have been stripped out and stylishly refurbished to provide suitable open plan office space for the large number of tech firms which are clustering around the Old Street Roundabout.
Nearby Hoxton Square also provides both visitors and locals with a range of quality eateries and art galleries such as the White Cube and Store Gallery.
