Established in 1997, The Carrington Partnership is a privately owned, family run agency specialising exclusively in Lettings and Property Management and accredited by ARLA Propertymark, SAFEagent and The Property Ombudsman. We pride ourselves on our pro-active work ethic and determination to place quality tenants in homes of the highest standard. Tenants are a mixture of corporate and high calibre private individuals.

We offer a range of services for landlords from individual investors to those with large investment portfolios. Specialising in quality homes in key locations in Stockport and South Manchester, properties range from studio apartments to large detached homes. ARLA Propertymark Protected agents help landlords to find the right tenants and tenants to enjoy their treasured homes.
Gas appliances and flues in rented accommodation must be checked for safety within 12 months of being installed and thereafter at least every 12 months by a competent engineer i.e.
GasSafe registered installer.
A check may also be carried out up to two months after the 12 month expiry date but only once in relation to each appliance or flue and only in order to align the expiry date with another appliance check so that both appliances have the same expiry date.
The safety check must be carried out by a suitable qualified technician and landlords and their agents must furnish their tenants with a record that the test has been carried out.
