Norwich Student Lettings is the dedicated student brand name of Champion property Management. After 7 years of managing a substantial student accommodation portfolio for a private landlord in Norwich, Jon formed Champion Property in 2014 with one simple goal; to take a fresh and fair approach to student lettings.

As the business has grown, so too has our reputation amongst students, and Norwich Student Lettings now operates as a dedicated brand within Champion Property Management, focusing on delivering the very best in the management of student homes across the city.Our office is based just 10 minutes walk from the UEA campus on Bowthorpe Road, and we are proud to have an excellent reputation amongst students attending both the UEA and NUA.

Let's face it; letting agents have been given a bad name in recent years, and sometimes for good reason. There should be a lever by your gas meter, turn this lever 90 degrees either way from the pipe to turn off the flow of gas to the house.
If there is a gas leak, please turn off the supply and call us immediately.
In your house there will be a fuse-board with each switch labelled as to what it feeds power too.

We must have your mobile number, but we don't need a landline.
General Information - You must complete all fields and leave an explanation where required.
Documents - You do not need to upload anything here, however you will be required to show your passport or your driving license & birth certificate at the signing of the contracts.
If you arranged the viewing on your house, it's likely that you are already in our system.
If you require a key or key fob for the property to be replaced, the cost of the replacement key/fob will be passed on to you with an invoice to demonstrate proof of cost up to a maximum of 50 inc vat.
If you request an early termination of your tenancy, outside of any break clause stated in your tenancy agreement, you may be required to make payment of rent until the tenancy is terminated and cover the loss incurred by your landlord.
You will be provided with an invoice to demonstrate proof of the landlord's loss.
