Lawlors Estate Agents Woodford Lawlors opened their first office in 1989 and quickly came to prominence in the local housing market through a combination of innovation and personal service, that is still key to our success today. Our first office opened on the Chigwell Road in Woodford Bridge and we quickly achieved success in Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill, Woodford and Loughton in all price ranges.

Over time, the demand from clients was such that we expanded our teams and offices and branched in to Lettings, Land and New Homes and opened an Elite Homes Department in response to the overwhelming fact, that we were trusted and attracted instructions to sell many of the areas most luxurious homes. We now operate offices in Chigwell, Loughton and Woodford and these three offices work closely together as we maintain a laser like focus on serving our community in West Essex.

Individually the offices have developed to offer a bespoke service to their clients, but the power of the combined group allows our clients to market their properties to a very diverse selection of buyers and tenants which has produced superb results.
