Redpath Bruce Various amalgamations and acquisitions have taken place over the years which has ensured the continuing growth of the firm. In 2006 an office was opened in Edinburgh and in 2016 the Glasgow office moved to larger premises in West Regent Street. Redpath Bruce LLP is a practice of Chartered Surveyors dealing with our investment and development consultancy and residential lettings.

Sitting alongside this firm is our property management company, Redpath Bruce Property Management Ltd, a member of the Property Managers Association Scotland Ltd and registered as a Property Factor in Scotland. The group comprises a staff of over 50 and we are committed to ongoing training and CPD across both businesses, with a number of our property managers qualified through the Institute of Residential Property Management and lettings staff qualified through CIH or ARLA Propertymark.

In the case of an emergency out with office hours we have provided contact details below of some of our approved emergency contractors. Please note that calling an emergency contractor will incur increased call out rates, and we therefore recommend that you only call if absolutely necessary. Contractors attending will normally only carry out temporary works to prevent any further damage.
