Special mention for Chris - nothing is a problem for him. He is diligent, very responsive and helpful. So easy to do business with. When Chris went on holidays, Les stepped in and ensure everything continued to run smoothly. Angela is also very approachable and works tirelessly to sort out all the admin and paperwork.

Great experience with Prospect Aldershot. I dealt mainly with Sonam and Shaun for a sale, who were both great. They managed to help push a leasehold sale through in just 3 months (from offer to completion) , which is a minor miracle as typical sales like this can take 6 months! Pleasant to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process. Managed the discussions between myself and the buyer really well and kept everything moving and stress free. Having got valuations from three estate agents, I was impressed by Darren from Prospect: confident, but no "hard sell", a thoroughly nice person. As it turned out, I made the right choice. A fantastic service from these guys, Ive sold a lot of properties over the past few years, I can honestly say this was the best experience of all of them. From the valuation, listing, viewings, the progress chasing and completion nothing could have gone better.

Ive just sold my property after letting it with Prospect for the last 10 years (previously James Griffin). Whilst weve had ups and downs over this time, Marina in the last year has done an outstanding job, shes friendly and knowledgeable and has been on hand to liaise between myself and the tenants. In addition Darren did a fabulous job selling my property (with as little distribution as possible to my tenants). He arranged an open day working hard to have 15+ prospects through the door with 4 offers on the table! We completed in less than 10 weeks from the open house. Id recommend Prospect and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The Prospect Team at Farnborough have been excellent. Darren was polite, professional and efficient. The marketing was great and the property sold after the open house. The whole team in the office supported us all the way through the process, Jordan, Shaun and Darren made sure we knew what was going on and did all the leg work for us so we didn't have to.

We have had a great experience buying and selling through prospect. There have been some hurdles along the way but the prospect team were always extremely pro-active and responsive in their communication. Dan especially went above and beyond to secure us a buyer and ensure we didn't lose our purchase. He was supportive when it came to negotiations and provided realistic and honest advice.
