The team at Cray & Norton were brilliant from start to finish; from their valuation to their detailed proposal, considerate and well communicated viewings to constant correspondence regarding potential buyers, they really took the stress of selling our house away completely. When an offer from a buyer came along, they negotiated the highest possible price and were a huge help in moving the process along when solicitors were being slow with replies. We couldnt recommend them more and are so happy we entrusted them with the sale of our home.

I've been working with Cray and Norton for over 15 years now. They act as letting agents for my rental apartment in the area. This is a professionally run agency and I am totally satisfied with the service provided. It's particularly nice to work with a locally run firm. As a long-term landlord, problems can arise and when this happens Cray and Norton have been supportive, full of good advice and worked hard to find the right solution. Recommended.

I recently sold my property with Cray and Norton. Marcel did the initial consultation and was very knowledgeable about the area and what to expect. The viewings were done by Archie and Marcel, then Darren handled the administration after the offer was accepted. Despite it taking longer than anticipated to complete, due to buyers further down the chain, Cray & Norton were very responsive to emails and chased things when requested. The staff were polite and friendly and I would recommend.

Ive repeatedly used Cray& Norton due to the exceptional service they give from start to finish. Darren gives great advice with the marketing and Archie and Lucas showed my house to its best potential and sold my house within two weeks. I wouldnt use any other agent in Croydon as this family run estate agent are experienced in the locality and know their market. I was kept updated through out the process and it was stress free.

We selected Cray and Norton based on our previous experiences as buyers; although the house we sold through them had reached us originally via a rival in town. They certainly lived up to our high expectations. We felt Darren and all the team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism at all times, and all our queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Everybody knew the current state of play whenever we asked - they're clearly on top of their game.

Our buyers were dealt with courteously and quickly too as Cray and Norton worked hard to broker the deal. We felt the listing (refined in consultation with us) was a good representation of our property and it certainly generated a lot of interest. After a false start with our first buyers they relisted us quickly and secured a completion in three months. They advocated for us and we achieved the price we had hoped. We've no hesitation in recommending Cray and Norton to anybody looking to sell in the area.

Very good service. We were impressed with Cray & Norton form the first leaflet that entered our flat. We wanted local experts in particular. They gave the most accurate estimate, fair commission and under no pressure to use them - they actually gave us breathing space we cant say the same for many other EAs in the area! After leisurely putting our home on the market with an online DIY service, once we found our onward purchase was ready we needed a quick sale and Cray & Norton were the first call.

When you email/call they always respond, we didnt need to chase (unless to keep the onward purchase happy in the chain). Archie conducted viewings and treated the property with respect and communication was consistent always letting us know when to expect viewings.

Thanks, Archie, Marcel and Darren and all the team (who Im sure may have been involved at different points?). I have recommended to all who were next to us!

Absolutely first class at what they do and yet so down to earth. It all started with Marcel (and what a lovely chap he is) and he got viewings for my property in a matter of hours, Archie showed interested parties around and within a week or so I had an offer brokered by Marcel. Darren was the finisher and nudged all concerned in the most helpful way. Impressed is an understatement - the dream team came through for me and lived up to all those positive reviews that steered me to them in the first place. I recently completed on a property in South Croydon through Cray & Norton and I cannot thank Darren, Marcel and the team enough for ensuring the transaction went through. From what we expected to be a relatively straight forward purchase, turned out to be an incredibly complicated one, with issues with the conveyancing, but Darren & Marcel worked extremely hard to ensure it all went through okay.

Their communication throughout was brilliant and they always kept me posted with updates and progress from the vendor's side. I would 100% recommend Cray & Norton and will not hesitate to use them to sell/rent out my property through them when the time comes - thanks again!
