Since establishing Granger & Oaks in 2003, we have remained an independently owned agency delivering high-quality lettings and home sales services throughout the wider Nottingham area. We founded the business to support landlords seeking a knowledgeable, trustworthy and approachable property partner. From the outset, our objective has been simple: to care for every property with the same attention and responsibility we would apply to our own. Our team consists of committed professionals who are trained to provide honest, dependable service. Every member of our front-line staff holds ARLA or NAEA training, and we regularly conduct internal workshops to ensure our knowledge remains current with legislative and case law developments. Our approach is built upon accountability, understanding our clients perspectives and maintaining consistently high standards. We actively encourage customer feedback because it helps us refine and strengthen the service we provide. Our lettings and management service has been refined continuously since 2003 and is designed to provide thorough support at every stage of the tenancy process. Through a dedicated single point of contact, we oversee advertising, viewings, tenancy agreements, referencing, supporting documentation, rent collection and tenant move-ins. Once a tenancy is underway, we conduct regular inspections, coordinate repairs, negotiate renewals and manage any rent arrears should they arise. At the conclusion of a tenancy, we process notices, discuss remarketing strategies with landlords and relaunch the property to the market. Many of our earliest clients remain with us today, reflecting the confidence they place in our systems and standards. We are licensed through NAEA and ARLA and are also registered with The Property Ombudsman.
