Klaudia Osiecka from Parkgate Estate Agents rendered a brilliant service. She was one of the main forces behind the successful completion. Muve acted for the seller and I was the conveyancer on file and Zaid was the account manager. Due to a long enquiry process we did not have big hopes to complete in November but Klaudia never gave up. She always followed up with all the parties and especially drove us to expedite the process as well. She was fully committed to the case. She always followed up with other sides solicitors and pushed them to do the work fast as well. Shes definitely an asset to the industry. A very responsible individual. We highly recommend Park Gate!

Genuinely outstanding. Just completed the sale of a property in Richmond and it simply could not have been done in the same timeframe (if at all) without Parkgate. Klaudia, in particular, was on top of the whole process throughout - nudging the buyer, solicitors, managing agents (and I) as necessary - to keep on track. She was a frequent source of advice and also put in extra time and personal effort to get completion across the line.
I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I could not recommend highly enough. Parkgate gave the professionalism and drive of a larger agency, with the personal touch, knowledge and service of a local boutique. I'm confident anyone else would also be in good hands with them.

Absolutely, without a doubt I highly recommend, especially our agent Klaudia. Throughout the process she was very professional, kept in touch with us all the time. There were times we were thinking shes the only one from the whole chain on top of things. I couldnt recommend her and the agency enough.

It is a pleasure to work with Parkgate. They have supported us all the way through from booking our initial viewing all the way through to managing the rental we are in now. Mark Langham was so quick to help us with our application, provide feedback from landlord on our approval, and get us through the process to secure the tenancy.
Jonathan is our managing agent, and he regularly check in to see how things are going and are quick to respond with any issues. They have also scheduled maintenance and painting for us and have made recommendations and advocated on our behalf to the landlord for additional maintenance and improvements.

Previously renting out with them for 5 years and finding them very professional and trustworthy, on this ocassion we decided to sell the property with them and that was a very, very good decision. Klaudia, who dealt with our sale was professional, kept us updated and tried her absolute best to make the sale happen - an absolute pleasure to deal with and well done to Parkgate, they are an exemplary estate agency!

I have been using this Agency for more than 20 years now! First, when I arrived to London, Richmond on a work contract and was renting the flat via Parkgate Lettings - never had a problem (they negotiated a good rent for me and all the minor problems were fixed immediately) - that is why when there was time to rent my flat out I never really considered anybody else and ... voil... 15 years on we are still with Parkgate and the service is still excellent - feels like a family now really!! They are still attentive and respectful to our wishes yet we never heard of any problems with the tenants either so they manage us both very well! I highly recommend this Agency!
