We have had dealings several times with Estate Agents over the last half-a-dozen years and from our first face-to-face meeting with Simon it was clear that he was quite simply a cut above the rest, being both informative about the process of Sale and detailing the complications that may arise. In our own particular case our buyer's solicitor was not overly 'efficient' but Simon helped in no small way to ensure that everything worked out in the end. And when the Sale was complete and all the relevant forms were signed Simon arrived at our door to deliver a hamper of goodies, which included a bottle of champagne and some chocolates, modestly claiming that it was just part of the service. We wouldn't fail to recommend Simon and Keller Williams to anybody considering selling their property as such a willing and professional service deserves to be rightly rewarded.

Simon was terrifically helpful. We met at a networking event and he very generously provided his feedback and detailed suggestions on how we should progress with a tricky situation with our existing agent that was failing to get anyone at all to view our property. Simon was highly professional and impartial, and not salesy at all. Simon made innovative suggestions on how we could market the property. This has by far being the most streamline house sale I have ever had.
The launch of the house was incredible with fantastic photos and videos as well as flyer drop to the local area. This enabled my house to sell before I had any open house events and it sold from the first viewing.
He is extremely fair and honest and cuts out any nonsense which Ive had previously with estate agents.
Simon was on call whenever I needed and supported the sale every step of the way with professionalism.
