I dealt with Charlotte Morgan initially, who showed me the property and helped get things set up in terms of the paperwork. Then the property manager Nikki Gardner took over and has been assisting me in multiple other ways, particularly in terms of updating the rental agreement to suit my circumstances and needs, and she also helped me communicate with the landlord. She has been really prompt in replying to emails, and has generally helped to resolve any issues quite quickly. I would recommend both!

Charlotte at Prospects in Wokingham has been absolutely brilliant in finding new tenants for our property. On both occasions good tenants were found within a 24hour period, quite unbelievable comparing this to our old agency that lost us tenants over months of being on the market.
