Rhys and everyone else at goodchilds were beyond words amazing, throughout the whole process of my first house they were incredible and I felt in such safe hands. Any updates or questions or worries I had, they all assured and kept me updated throughout everything. Excellent service from start to finish. The team were very professional and achieved a good result even though a mid-sale unexpected curveball was encountered. Having a professional Estate Agent working through the sale process enabled an excellent outcome. Without such support from Cameron Weston and the team the sale would or could have fallen through. Cheaper out there but I really doubt such a result would have been possible. Excellent and highly recommended. Five start review and well deserved.

I dealt with Mr Dean Bradley at Goodchilds in Hanley, and have been very happy with his representation. I got the keys today for my new apartment, thanks to Brad's efforts the process was smooth, with excellent communications between myself and the landlord too. Ive used many an estate agent in the past but found the service from Goodchilds by far the best. From start to finish, their advice, communication and guidance, throughout the process, were spot-on. They helped me to realise the value of my property, taking it to completion in a timely fashion.

Goodchilds Hanley put my property on the market for sale, created viewings over the weekend and had an offer, negotiated a deal all agreed within 5 days. Maintained control with the buyer and solicitor, had it all completed within 6 weeks. Rob and his team kept me in the loop all the way and never had any issues. A fantastic team and highly recommended. Would definitely use again.
