With nearly 20 years of service at Belvoir Lincoln, I possess extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the property management industry. As Senior Property Administrator, my primary specialty has been tenancy management, which includes creating comprehensive tenancy agreements, performing thorough background checks on tenants, and managing lease renewals and terminations.

As a landlord I have used Belvoir since 2003 and have been very happy with their service. If there has been a problem the staff have always worked hard to sort it out. I've just sent flowers to two members of staff in appreciation of their perseverance sorting out two separate issues with a utility company and a bad debt. Keep up the good work!

Me and my partner entered an agreement through the agency for our first property together, with the help of Hannah at the agency. Overall the agency have been very helpful, provided us with all the information we needed, answered the questions we had and allowed us to view the property multiple times. (unoccupied)
Hannah is the one we've been in contact with through the process, she has been exceptionally helpful and very responsive through email.

We have used Belvoir in Lincoln to rent our house for 6 years now and the service has been excellent throughout. Recently we have had some unusual circumstances with the letting of our house that had to dealt with from long distance. It has been dealt with very efficiently by Shona, a new employee, who found a solution to the issue and dealt with it quickly and cheerfully. She has proved another excellent addition to the team at Belvoir giving us peace of mind knowing our house is in good hands.
A year later on and once again there are problems with my house that I was not in a position to attend to myself. Again they have been excellently handled by Shona both professionally and with no complaint. The particular problem also necessitated the Manager visiting the property. Again this was done in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied with the service we have had from Belvoir Lincoln.

Hannah Mott, the senior property manager has been incredibly helpful, from supporting me to exit one property, to helping me with arrangements to move in to another one, including advice to overcome various logistical issues.

My sons have rented a property managed by Belvoir Lincoln for the last 3 years. The sign up process was easy and efficient.. and we have received excellent customer service since moving in. Id like to give Sophie a particular mention.. on the odd occasion my sons have had an issue, Sophie had been quick to sort this out for us, providing regular updates and seeing the job through to completion. Would definitely give Belvoir Lincoln five stars! We have recently rented a property managed by Belvoir Lincoln and we have to say the process from beginning to end was exceptionally efficient. Met and spoke to Jack on several occasions and his customer service skills were excellent. He dealt with our queries quickly and efficiently as did Hannah with regards to the viewing and administration, tenancy agreements and handover of keys. My family have just left a Belvoir managed property, having been there for 13 years. Their service is nothing short of excellent.
They provide constantly high standards of service, respond to any queries really quickly, resolve emergency maintenance queries within hours and are always polite friendly and chatty when providing support.
Our Landlords were also excellent and never rejected requests for improvements in the property.
As tenants we couldn't have wished for better Landlords or for a better Letting Agent to manage the property.

From the start Belvoir have been great. With it being Christmas I was surprised we got an appointment so quickly. While viewing we were told about a holding fee and everything explained. We proceeded just after new year and within days filled paperwork in and had that approved. Most things done by email, so could be done with ease. The team were reliable, professional and so helpful, with every phonecall I made, to double check everything :)
The full process took 3 weeks from viewing to moving in and was extremely straight forward and not daunting like I expected.
Belvoir's eye for detail in the inventory is really good and contact once we moved it.
Highly recommend if you want to move with ease!!

The last house we rented was sold by the landlord so we had to move out, during this time we had dealings with 2 other lettings agencies. To cut a very long story short, Belvoir treated us so much better than the other companies. The communicated quickly, chased things up, and were aware of operations going on.

Lived in 3 Belvoir student houses in 3 years. All of them have been to a high quality. If weve had problems weve managed to contact Belvoir and have the issues attended to promptly. Ive had communication trouble with one new member of staff however issues have been rectified. If Ive had queries, theyve been answered in a quick response via email and house updates and reminders are sent prior to any visits. I wouldnt choose any other Lettings agency.
