Many thanks to northwood and especially to a lady called Kate. She showed me around both properties and gave me great advice and in the end with her help I was able to rent a house that I am very happy with. She is a very helpful and hard working woman who gives you very professional advice and is always there when you need her, I recommend Kate and northwood to everyone. compared to other agents. They are really great and I think the best in Lancaster!Because it's no exaggeration to say that when you contact a few more agents to say you want to rent a property, you'll find that these agents will barely answer your questions in a targeted way, they'll just ask you to fill in an application form (even though you haven't viewed the property yet), and many of them won't even reply to your messages at all, and it's as if the email address is a virtual void. But at nothwood you will definitely get satisfactory answers, especially Kate she even took me to visit the house and sign the contract on Saturday and explained every clause in detail to me. This is definitely the best agent and staff in Lancaster!If I were to buy a house in the future I would definitely choose this agent and Kate, it was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Cannot thank Amy enough for all of her help recently. Ive been renting a property with Northwood for around 1.5years, the property were in needs some work doing and she has gone above and beyond to make sure we know exactly whats going on and are supplied with everything we need to ensure a stress free week whilst the work is being done. Shes been calling me regularly to update me to make sure everything is good to go. She has been so efficient, a brilliant credit to the branch.

From making inquiries, to booking if viewing and finally getting a suitable accomodation with Sarah and Beth was really very amazing. They were really nice to us. Worked with our budget and communication was really efficient. Happy

What a great team, from booking a viewing and meeting Fern to signing contracts with Sara and Beth and then having my inspection with Amy everyone has just been amazing at helping me settle in to my new flat. All issues raised with maintenance are being dealt with quickly and efficiently nothing is too much trouble for this team of angels.

If I can give more than 5 stars I would love to do so. It was the most smoothest and convenient stay ever. Very quick response from the agent and very efficient.
I was so happy and relaxed during my stay and I wish if I could always stay forever. Unfortunately, I have to leave because of my job any moving cities.

We loved living in this house but unfortunately it got too big for us. Most repairs were dealt with, especially urgent ones but some were never fixed. Communication was good with this company. We had this house nearly 11 years. Deposit was returned promptly within 2 days.

Rented with Northwood for several years and had no issues with them. The team we met were always helpful, and knowledgeable especially Kate who tended to do our inspections and was brilliant and pleasant whenever they were around.

Northwood have been great during the process of starting my tenancy. They were professional and easy to get in touch with. I have rented through several letting agencies in Lancaster but Northwood have by far been the best at getting the process sorted efficiently and responding to all of my questions.

Northwood Lancaster is truly awesome, they made life really easy for me, prompt in everything.

I just relocated from Nigeria and honestly they made everything easy for me, recently I awoke to a terrible sewage problem and immediately I told them about it, within minutes and I mean minutes everything
was attended to.
