Myself and my partner went through Parkers- Witney for our first time renting a property and we could not fault our experience. As newcomers to this type of thing it is easy to feel daunted by what is to come, however the entire rental process was handled as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Our first point of contact was with Gavin at Parkers Witney. He was warm and helpful throughout the initial stages of us selling our house, explaining each step and the current market in detail. The write up he gave our home was incredible; for a newer build, he noticed all of the additional details and found a positive on all aspects. The viewings happened quickly and we were constantly updated by the ever helpful- Georgi, and the house was sold within days of being on the market- for over asking price. Georgi and Gavin were always on hand to answer our questions and provide reassurance and knowledge wherever needed. We were part of a long chain which at times felt very stressful, but Parkers were always there to dig for information and keep the momentum going. Selling our house with Parkers was the best decision we made and we are very thankful for all their hardwork!

Parkers have managed my property for nearly 20 years. They have always provided an excellent service and in recent years my dealings with Katy McCall the Senior Property Manager has been fantastic. Katy has consistently kept me up to date with anything concerning the property and the tenants. I find Katys approach to everything she does very professional yet friendly and courteous. Katy has just managed to secure a third year with my current tenants who are lovely! Klara was very welcoming, showed is the property properly and gave us detailed explanations. Given my busy schedule she was able to follow me up and give me step by step on what to do at each point. Response time to emails and phone calls at Parkers excellent.
