Its been great working with Pat.. from the moment i spoke to him, i felt at ease and had a really good feeling about him. Turns out, my instincts were right! The whole idea of buying a property, renovating it and letting it is a complex process that Pat handles seamlessly. He is detail oriented, always available when you need him and does a great job sourcing the best properties. We bought, renovated and rented our first property and the yields are at par or better than what we initially discussed.. we are now sourcing our second property with the Total Property Group. I was recommended Pat's company by a friend in 2022. I have been working with him since to grow my property portfolio and I'm not sure what I would do without him. He has great expertise around the market in Liverpool as well as relationships within the field which means you are getting great properties for a great price. Pat provides such 1-1 care, quick to answer the smallest and silliest question for a first time buyer. Pat goes above and beyond to get deals over the line.

Throughout the buying process Pat has been beyond pragmatic, chasing and responding to queries where he was legally able to. He was a true catalyst in pushing through the purchase and insurance cover in just over a month. On completion I enquired on whether there were any guaranteed rent companies that could take on my purchase. Without missing a beat Pat worked his magic once more and a secured a 3 year contract which he negotiated up to match the private market rate.
