Had a viewing today with Mike, the director and both myself and my sister were very impressed with the friendly service we received. They were very accommodating, taking into account that my sister is a young professional. Mike was kind enough to drive us to the viewing himself and the property we saw was clean, very nicely decorated and spacious. The Bed. team are all very welcoming and we were given time to have a private discussion and to come to our own decision on whether we liked the property, there was no pushiness at all! On deciding we wanted the property we emailed and within minutes we had reserved the property and begun the simple application process. We are both really looking forward to moving into our new property in August 2024. Thank you to all of the team for making a very stressful time easy and pleasant! :)

As the parent of a student attending Uni in Chester from overseas I had great concerns about finding the right fit for my son. Mike at Bed Student Rentals could not have been more attentive. He communicated with me direct and at all times answered my questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble or too trivial for Mike to answer call or call me. He couldnt have done more to help my son find the right place at the right price and really went over and above in so many ways. I would highly rate Bed Student, indeed , we did for year 3 accom contact other agencies to keep our opens option but can honestly say , the competition is no competition ( no replies, no shows were common). Mike.you are a star and we appreciate your dedication and that of the back office staff.

Coming to the end of my tenancy this year, and really excited to move into my new house for next year, I couldn't be happier with the experience with Bed. After having first year in lockdown I wanted to meet more people and live in a big house, and was placed with new people that are now my best friends. The staff really wanted us to have a good year and grouped together people that would get on living together and they were right. The staff are so welcoming and answer any questions we have, can't recommend them enough

Ive lived with Bed for 3 years now (2 years as a student and 1 year as a post grad) and couldnt recommend a better housing company. Theyve helped in sorting out any issues quickly and effectively. Everyone at Bed is extremely kind and they welcome any questions/queries I have had. Whenever issues have arisen within my house, Bed have been great at helping to sort them out.

Mike and the whole Bed Student Rentals team are amazing! As an international student they made my living experience as easy and stress free as it could be! Being so far away from home, the whole team were really friendly and accommodating to my circumstances. If there were any issues with the house or anything else they were addressed and quickly fixed! Highly recommend!

I studied at Chester uni from 2018 to 2021 and Bed were there to guide me through my final year of house hunting and help me in my studies, too. Theyre a great company that supports students and the general Chester community, even sponsoring an event I ran for my degree in my second year of uni. I spent my final year of study in the pandemic but Bed did all they could to support me and ensure I felt safe and comfortable in the property I rented, and even managed to put me with like-minded people making the last year the best year I had! After leaving uni, now a year later, they have continued to help me, even when I got a very important parcel delivered to my old address; they were kind enough to send it all the way down to me in London. I would highly recommend this friendly, engaged and supportive rental company with beautiful and very affordable properties!

I have lived with bed for 2 years now and about to go into my third year with them. I can say wholeheartedly they are the best student/post grad rental company in Chester, I have had zero issues in 2 years and I suspect that will continue for next year as well. All the staff are brilliant and friendly, and then theres the owner Mike who basically knows all the names of his tenants and gets involved with day to day business and making sure that all tenants are satisfied. I couldnt recommend bed enough.

Bed Student Rentals is genuinely, by far, the best letting agency. Mike and his team have made house searching and finding a place in Chester for me and my friends so much less stress-free. They really accommodated an enriching experience by providing us with an array of properties to rent, at such a good price too, that you really cant rumble to be honest. The office is so incredibly friendly because you can honestly tell everyone there truly want the best for you and ensure that you are getting the best deal out there, not just that but the team are so warm with you too that you can laugh and have a joke. Its far from the tense atmospheres that other agents may give off, you definitely feel more at ease there especially with the comfort of knowing that you and your needs are heavily considered at the heart of the company. Could never complain about any part of my experience, if there was a 10/5 stars, Id give it. Plus the free hoodies are a really comfortable too, so you could say great quality is a running theme within the company.

Where do I begin? This will now be my 2nd year living in a house rented off BED after being let down previously from another student letting agency. BED students rentals are the best letting agency in Chester (do I dare say across the country?! They would be hard to beat!)
The staff never fail to make me feel welcomed and at ease, no question too silly, no request too big! Everything I've asked for has been possible. I was placed in a house with people I never met after putting my faith in Mike and his team! From this, I met a lifelong friend!
The team go above and beyond. I genuinely wish I could stay in their care for life! I feel safe and secure constantly!
It's such a shame seeing bad reviews for this agency as I can't see how they could possibly be talking about the same place I have grown to love!

Very welcoming staff and lovely houses. My boyfriend is currently suffering from a severe knee injury and they were so accommodating with helping him find a suitable room and they even gave him the chance to move in a day early so he could keep isolating in order to have his operation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a house!! Ignore the negative reviews, Mike and the team are lovely and I didnt see a single bad house when I viewed them with my boyfriend & his group. FYI - I do not personally live in a bed property so this review is completely impartial :)

Absolutely 5 star service from these guys! Mike and his team are never anything less than fantastic. They really do their utmost to make every single one of their tenants happy. They will always take it upon themselves to help you through any issues necessary and a visit to the office is always welcome! Special shout out to the office pup, Oscar! Next year will be my second year in their hands and I wouldn't have it any other way! Also very excited that they offer houses to professionals too! Thank you BED, for everything you do :)

Bed Student Rentals are brilliant! Ive been letting from them for a year and continuing to do so over the next year. Ive never had an experience this good with a letting agent previously, all the staff are very caring and supportive and will help you whenever you need it, no matter what time or day it is! I have enjoyed letting from them as I know they will support me.

Awesome service! These guys really helped me out! They were actually interested in getting to know me and better understanding what I was looking for. I wasn' t just another deal to make, they treated me as a person!
I rented a property of them and there were a few issues with the landlord at the start of the tenancy, but here is the thing... Bed Student Rentals listened to us and they obliged the landlord to keep to the contract and provide us with a good standard of living. And this is a big one with Bed Student Rentals, they only take on lettings that are of a good standard (or landlord is willing to update it to the good standard). Yet it is affordable! What else could a student ask for?
Just go and pop into their office, you ll understand after just 1 meeting with them what I am talking about. They are approachable, welcoming, helpful and even advise you on other agencies if they think they are a better match for your needs. Just go and see them :)
