John Grant has lived and worked in the Newtownards and Bangor areas for most of his life and has had successful careers with Halifax Bank, Leeds Building Society and Halifax Estate Agents.

John Grant Mortgage Services opened in Mill Street, Newtownards in February 2002 as independent mortgage and insurance brokers and in March 2005 became John Grant Mortgage and Property Services adding Estate Agency to its list of services.
