Knights Property Management (KPM), operated by Penny and Martin Knight, is a family run firm with a wealth of personal experience in the property letting market. We have owned and managed a portfolio of our own properties over many years and consequently understand the needs of both Tenant and Landlord. We are fully up to date with all compliance requirements, being members of ARLA and a registered SAFE agent.

An added bonus is our Accountancy background and continued association with KTC Chartered Certified Accountants. Landlords and Tenants can be assured of a very professional service when it comes to the handling of money and control of finances as we are experts in the field. We do not wish or feel the need to fill our website with vast amounts of detail - we rely on our reputation.

We can help acquire properties, give guidance on renovation and if required can arrange and manage your project through our other associated businesses.
A considerable amount of time is spent preparing and marketing a property at the outset, followed by time spent discussing viewings and showing prospective tenants the property.
Once a tenant is found we then must perform credit and suitability checks, draw up the Tenancy Agreements, deal with registering the Tenancy Deposit and drawing up paperwork, preparing an Inventory to include Legionella checks, etc.
It is now also necessary to undertake an annual safety check.
We are doing out utmost to keep costs down but we must keep on top of all the ever increasing requirements.
