Working from our offices in Marlow, we manage properties throughout Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Our qualified block management team work closely with clients to establish a clear understanding of their needs and priorities. Regular communication is maintained to ensure a successful, long term, working relationship. Peace of mind is one of the highest priorities of residential landlords.

In 2009, to meet local demand for high quality leasehold management services, Alba Management started managing blocks of flats and estates.
Alba's block and estate management service is now proudly provided to more than eighty properties throughout the Thames Valley.
Aside from property management, we offer the following services to help clients navigate the tricky world of property and estate management.
We recognise that many Residents Management Companies prefer to manage their own affairs on a day to day basis, but occasionally need assistance to deal with a problem or query relating to the development.
We therefore provide a Block & Estate Management Consultancy Service for such situations.
We can schedule visits to vacant properties to ensure the security of the property and to maintain full insurance cover.
We have used Alba for over 16 years, we've just sold our property.
They have managed our property extremely well.

They even oversaw a total kitchen and bathroom replacement for us and complete window replacements and carpet installation, dealing with local trusted companies.

Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm, however we frequently work outside of these times to attend client meetings and to make sure our service is delivered professionally and promptly.

The smallest property we manage has just two units, the largest have approximately seventy units.
