From advertising your property, finding and referencing tenants, to seeing them move in - we do everything for you!
Rents are collected monthly, a detailed statement prepared, and payments paid promptly by BACS into the Landlord's nominated account.
All properties are inspected on a quarterly basis, with a written report provided to the Landlord to raise any maintenance issues which may have occurred.

We are not lawfully as agents and landlords allowed to let property to somebody that does not have the right to live in the United Kingdom.
4. If the tenant does not enter the agreement by the deadline.
If the tenant(s) is dragging their feet and not responding to emails, not giving the referencing agency what they need for longer than 15 days, they would also forfeit the holding deposit.
