We charge a holding deposit (one week's rent) and security deposit (five weeks' rent). No administration fees apply. Additional charges may apply for lost keys or contract variations.

Yes, we offer viewings six days a week, including weekday evenings until 6:30pm and Saturday appointments to accommodate busy schedules.
