If I could give a zero, I would. Chantry have managed our property for around a year. Incompetent just about sums them up. They refuse to take phone calls from tenants and leaseholders and pretty much ignore emails. We're currently having a roof replacement and many properties suffered water ingress which was met with total silence. This also resulted in all the exterior lights going out which now poses a serious heath and safety risk.
There's also fly tipping taking place on the property which again, despite being reported numerous times, Chantry have done nothing about. More than happy to take your monthly management fee however, when anything needs doing, they're nowhere to be seen. If you value your homes, avoid Chantry like the plague.
