Lettings have done very well over recent years, with the increase in the amount of deposit required for purchase, many people are now having to rent for much longer and tenants staying for 3 or 4 years is not unusual.
In addition there is a much wider range of tenants in terms of age and occupation - we have wide experience in dealing with this and the many other issues that arise from letting can advise the Landlord to the best of our ability.
