When can I collect my keys?
Key collection is available from 12 noon to 5pm on July 1st. Contact us in advance for alternative arrangements after this date.

When should I start looking for accommodation?
November to December offers the best selection. Properties are rented on a first-come basis, so early applications are recommended.
What utility options are available?
We offer an all-inclusive utility package covering gas, electricity, and water at fixed rates, or tenants can arrange their own suppliers.
Are bills included in the rent?
TOOB broadband is included in Polygon and Portswood properties. Utility bills are optional through our fixed-rate scheme or payable separately.
