We can show you up to 2 properties so no need to book multiple viewings just book the first property and follow the prompts making sure to let us know the address of the other property you are interested in. Alternatively you can email or call the Student NO FEE office to book an appointment and arrange a meeting place (typically the first property you would like to view). The nominated lead tenant can attend the SNF Office if absolutely necessary or a Zoom call can be arranged.

Check heating controls are low if your group is not planning on staying in the property over the summer. Standing order: Standing orders should be set up so that the rent arrives in our account by the 1st of the month. Forms will be sent with the moving in instructions in May. Take initial readings and submit them along with all of your names to the respective suppliers. Check your first bills carefully.
