The company was established in 1996 when landlords Carl Hulme and Derek Charlton began purchasing their own property portfolio which now includes residential buy to lets, property in Antigua, and a serviced office complex in Ness.
The company is run by landlords, for landlords and the business continues to grow from strength to strength.
Staff are ARLA trained and have vast experience in the residential property market on the Wirral, Cheshire, and Merseyside.
We are an independent Letting Agency which allows us greater flexibility to cater for tenants and landlord's individual needs.
We are an experienced letting agency based in Bebington on the Wirral, with a portfolio of over 250 managed properties, we are small enough to care and provide you with that personal touch but also big enough to matter and provide your property with the exposure it requires to re-let efficiently.

If your emergency occurs outside of our normal office opening hours we will make your emergency our priority as soon as the office re-opens.
