We manage properties of all sizes - our smallest property has two units, the largest has thirty-eight. We have the expertise and resources to manage larger blocks. We adhere to the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code (2nd Edition, 2009), which covers legislative requirements as well as best practice recommendations.

See full details here. We hold ourselves to the highest professional standards in our dealings with leaseholders and contractors. We want to build a positive partnership with our leaseholders and work together to achieve the best solutions. We embrace transparency, and believe in open, two-way communication with leaseholders. We provide full disclosure on how service charges are calculated and how funds are spent, and communicate budgets and spending plans well in advance so there are no nasty surprises.

We want our service to be bringing value to leaseholders.
