We want to build a positive partnership with our leaseholders and work together to achieve the best solutions. We embrace transparency, and believe in open, two-way communication with leaseholders. We provide full disclosure on how service charges are calculated and how funds are spent, and communicate budgets and spending plans well in advance so there are no nasty surprises.

We want our service to be bringing value to leaseholders.
