Graham Watkins & Co are a firm of chartered surveyors, estate agents, land agents, auctioneers and valuers. We offer a full range of property and rural services across an increasingly wide geographical area. Established in 2008 we have built up a large portfolio of agricultural, commercial and residential clients, and we take pride in providing a personal service and practical advise.

Graham has been practicing in North Staffordshire and Derbyshire for almost 40 years, and has a wealth of experience to offer.

Our main auctioneers are Graham and Robert Watkins, who are both well known and established auctioneers in the area.
With over 50 years combined experience of selling livestock, farm machinery, business assets and chattles they are well known for their 'try hard' attitude on every lot, whether it be 10 or 10,000.
Graham Watkins & Co have a well established reputation for conducting on- site collective and dispersal sales throughout Staffordshire, Derbyshire and the surrounding counties.
We conduct regular dispersal sales for farmers and small businesses in addition to our well established collective machinery sales at Westbrook Head Farm, Thorncliffe; Heath House Farm, Cheddleton and Middle Street Farm, Monyash Nr Bakewell.
For the right property, selling at auction is a method to ensure competitive bidding to ensure the maximum price and a signed contract on the day of the sale.
At Graham Watkins & Co, we hold regular property auctions throughout the year for a wide range of properties, from entire farms or estates in a number of lots to parcels of land or residential houses.
Our auctions generally have between 5 and 15 lots and are usually held at Westwood Golf Club in Leek, however we often hold auctions at other venues more local to the lot(s) being offered.
