Colin is co-owner and Managing Director of Stuarts. Overseeing all of the legal aspects of the business as well as being the face of the company, Colin has continuously built excellent relationships with all of our clients and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. With knowledge of all aspects of the business, Colin is often the 'go-to' man for any queries regarding letting and property management.

Colin is a driven individual with a strong belief in honest, plain-talking; effective management of property, Colin has brought together a team of staff with the same ethos who can deliver his vision for constant improvement and wealth creation for customers. Clare is co-owner of the company and company secretary, married to Colin for 21 years she has worked at Stuarts for 17 years.

Clare regards herself as a good administrator and placing great emphasis on customer service, she has established great relationships with many landlords and tenants over the years, looking after their properties and finances with great affection.

Your deposit is safe - All deposits are registered with The Deposit Protection Service and no-one can touch your deposit monies without your consent in accordance with current legislations.
We have regular contractors that will cover EMERGENCIES over closed periods - *If you are tenant, you will be charged back by the landlord if the call out is not deemed an emergency by our contractors (the contractor will advise over the telephone wherever possible).

So as to be transparent, and to ensure that you can make an informed choice, please find below a summary of charges that you may incur throughout your tenancy.
A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than five weeks' rent where the annual rent is less than 50,000 or six weeks' rent where the total annual rent is 50,000 or above.
A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent.
I recently moved out a property where I lived for 5 and a half years and had some problem with the landlord and my deposit, so I visited the office of Stuarthomes for some help.
All the team were very helpful, one particular person name Claire was very helpful, she was polite, courteous and professional.
Couldn't ask for a better service!
Moving in process was quick and easy, all the staff are lovely and there have been no problems getting in contact with the office by phone.
