Bradshaws was first established as Bradshaw & Co. Estate Agents in Mill Hill, London in 1929.
Over the next couple of years the brand expanded into Bedfordshire with the 1931 opening of an office in Upper George Street, Luton.
Two years later in 1933, there was a split from the London offices with the aim of focusing on the Bedfordshire property market.
In addition to the name of Bradshaws continuing in Bedfordshire, the company also added a Chartered Surveying division to the business at that time.
