With over 2 decades of experience behind us, we are vastly experienced in the business of Property Lettings & Management.
We understand the process from start to finish.
Once we have found you a suitable tenant, we will then begin the full reference process, obtaining a detailed credit search, bank reference, employer's reference, a previous landlord reference and character references.
If the applicant is successful we will notify you by telephone and arrange a suitable move in date.
During the period from your tenant's successful referencing and move in date, we will require the following information from you - Landlords Gas Safety Certificate, Inventory report, and your signed terms of business.
