Ferry Lettings
Fiona and Jack let their first property in 1978. Following the recession in 2009 and due to the increase in regulation, they decided to offer their experience to other Landlords and to open up their property management service to them. Since then, many Landlords have taken advantage of this and have benefited from the peace of mind provided in having their property managed in accordance with current regulations and having the maintenance and repairs handled by professionals, especially out of hours.

Gavin returns to Ferry Lettings from HMRC to assist with the growth of our expanding Business. The experience he gained with the HMRC across multiple tax and benefit regimes will be of assistance to our Landlords and Tenants. We were lucky to recruit Janette from another Letting Agent as she has many years experience in Lettings Administration in the local area.
Services
We let and manage furnished and unfurnished flats and houses.
Registration is free and we will contact you by text e-mail or phone immediately a property which matches your requirements becomes available.
When we first made the choice to move, we found Ferry Lettings were very helpful.
They showed us around the property we were interested in and were able to answer any questions we had.
Through the process of agreeing a new let, they kept us informed of all the paperwork we would need and other arrangements.
Four miles to the east of Dundee city centre, lies the seaside suburb of Broughty Ferry.
Known as "the jewel in Dundee's crown", its fine seafront esplanade and sweeping sands provide the perfect place for a relaxing stroll or a quiet picnic.
Once regarded as the "richest square mile in Europe" because it was home to the wealthy jute barons who built Dundee's textile fortunes- it can trace its origins back to the 15th century fisher folk who built their homes around the harbour close to Broughty Ferry Castle.
1 Location, Location, Location - it is extremely important to do your homework on the location of the property and the surrounding area.
It may be quiet during the day, but what is it like at night?
Does the street look clean?
What facilities are close by?
2. Position - if you are interested in purchasing a flat, the preferred positions are first and second floors.
Where possible try to avoid ground floor flats especially if there is no security entry, or top floor flats unless you have a comprehensive and detailed roof report.
