Fiona and Jack let their first property in 1978. Following the recession in 2009 and due to the increase in regulation, they decided to offer their experience to other Landlords and to open up their property management service to them. Gavin returns to Ferry Lettings from HMRC to assist with the growth of our expanding Business. 2. Position - if you are interested in purchasing a flat, the preferred positions are first and second floors.
Where possible try to avoid ground floor flats especially if there is no security entry, or top floor flats unless you have a comprehensive and detailed roof report.
