Adrian joined in partnership with Peter Hayward in 2002 and has continued to take the business from strength to strength, building on the superb reputation of the firm locally.
Adrian handles sales valuations and negotiations as well as specialist appraisals.
Having graduated with an honours degree in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University in 2009, Will worked for an independent letting agent in Newcastle for 3 years as a negotiator and joined Hayward Tod full time in 2013.
