Samuel Estates was established in 2004 by Founder and Managing Director Nicholas Samuel, opening the first office in Abbey Mills, Colliers Wood in 2006.
Since then the company has grown steadily both organically and by the acquisition of other independent estate agencies.
We now have three offices including our Balham and Streatham.
Our team has grown to over 20 people.
We are proud to be independent and we are licensed and regulated on both our lettings and sales services.
As our existing clients have expanded their portfolios in and around London, we have grown to support them and offer our lettings and property management services across London and North Surrey.

If you've registered your details with us, we'll notify you of any new properties before we market them on property search engines.
If you like the look of a property, we will look to book you in for a viewing as quickly as possible.
Once we've scheduled your viewing, we'll notify you both by email and text.
The acceptance of your offer will be subject to contract and receipt of satisfactory references.
You may opt to pay a holding fee as a sign of intent.
This will typically be the equivalent of one week's rent.
At Samuel Estates, we take immense pride in providing all our applicants and existing tenants with a clear and detailed list of all application and tenancy fees.
When you rent a property, there are several costs to consider; which may vary depending on the area and the type of let.
Rent - One month's advance rent when you move in and on-going monthly rent throughout the tenancy, unless you've agreed on a different frequency with your landlord.
Security deposit - For assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs) this will be equal to five weeks' rent if the rent is under 50,000 per annum.
