Capital Gains tax is an unavoidable reality unfortunately, it is charged on the accumulated value of an asset. All landlords who let properties in Wales will need to register their details with Cardiff Council who is the licensing authority for Wales.

If you do not have a login please contact TDS on 0300 037 1001 and they will re-send your login details. If you are a student, unemployed or your credit check does not meet the landlords requirements then we may require each tenant to have a guarantor. The guarantor should be UK based a homeowner and agree and understand they will also be credit checked.

Holding deposit - This is taken to take a property off the market and is equivalent of 1 week's rent per tenancy.
