Block Property Management is a professional Chartered Surveying practice that is solely dedicated to managing the legal, accounting and maintenance of residential apartment blocks, communal estates & mixed use developments. We are guided by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) giving our clients the added comfort of knowing that our procedures and actions are shaped by the worlds largest professional institution of land and property.

Having a wide ranging portfolio of new build, renovation and multi use developments, our experience and service offering is able to satisfy the needs of most residential communal developments. Our I.T. system has been developed specifically to manage and measure supplier performance 'real time' and in accordance to each specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
This enables us to monitor and track supplier actions and ensure that jobs are carried out on time and within agreed budget constraints.
We support the needs of each supplier to ensure that where possible we can accomodate their shortfalls.
